Any student who attends one of the following FREE events (will post as soon as they are available), and completes the assignment below will earn extra credit for the quarter in which they attended. TIME: Tours: 12:30 -1:45 Speaker: 2:00 - 3:00
Guided tours of our will be given at 12:30 PM. Tours are capped at 75 persons in total, on a first-come, first served basis. While the tour is in session, the Holocaust Gallery will be closed from 12:30 – 2 PM.
Doors to the auditorium will open at 1:15 PM. The speaker will begin at 2:00 PM.
Free Parking is available at the museum (with free overflow parking available at The John Marshall Law School on 18th between W. Peachtree and Spring) and seating is first-come, first-served, so be sure to arrive early in order to secure your spot!

This event is presented by The Weinberg Center for Holocaust Education at The Breman Museum and our community partner Eternal-Life Hemshech.
Activity for Extra Credit
Students can bring a small notepad to take notes on things that they learn or find interesting.
They will write a paragraph about what they learned (adding evidence or referring to something from the museum exhibits is always a plus).
Then they will write a small paragraph about the survivor whom they heard speak which will include:
Name of the Person
Country they were born in
Brief explanation of their survival story
Where did they end up living the rest of their lives?
